Shipping Policy

United States Orders Orders ship 48-72 hours after payment process. Shipping estimated time is 5-7 business days per USPS shipping estimated times

Freight Forwarder Policy

We do not ship to freight forwarders, mail forwarding services, or package consolidation warehouses.

Orders placed with a freight forwarder or forwarding address may be canceled and refunded at our discretion.

To protect against fraud and chargebacks, all orders must ship to a verifiable residential or business address belonging to the purchaser.

If you are unsure whether your address qualifies, please contact us before placing an order.

Address Verification
We reserve the right to request proof of address ownership or verification if an order appears to be associated with a freight forwarding or mail forwarding service. Failure to provide verification may result in order cancellation and refund in accordance with our refund policy.

Return & Exchange Policy

Return Policy

Due to the nature of sealed product in the TCG industry, we do not offer returns. That said, if something arrives damaged or not as described, send us an email.

Cancellations can be requested prior to shipment but are subject to a 6% cancellation fee. This fee will be deducted from the refunded amount. This covers the non-refundable payment processing fee we are charged when the initial transaction is made.

To protect against fraud and chargebacks, we do not ship to freight forwarders, mail forwarding services, package consolidation centers, or third-party forwarding addresses.

Orders placed using such addresses may be canceled at our discretion prior to shipment.

It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided is a verifiable residential or business address belonging to the purchaser.

Order Cancellation Due to Policy Violation

If an order is canceled because it violates our store policies (including, but not limited to, the use of a freight forwarding or mail forwarding service), the order will be canceled before shipment.

Refunds & Payment Processing Fees

When an order is canceled due to a policy violation:

A refund will be issued for the order amount minus any non-refundable payment processing fees charged by our payment processor (e.g., Wix Payments / Stripe).
Payment processing fees are charged at the time of purchase and are not returned to us by the processor.
These non-refundable fees may be deducted from the refund amount.
